Return & Exchange Policy

 

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

​Call/Text 323-450-7708 for immediate assistance to return/exchange or email support@thecannabismethod.com

  • Defective Products:

    • If you received a defective product, call/text 323-450-7708 or email support@thecannabismethod.com and let us know within 24 hours of purchase and we will come right back out to exchange it at zero cost to you.
    • If we are notified of a defective product more than 24 hours and no later than 30 days after purchase, we will gladly review and exchange it upon your next order with us.*
    • All defective products must be replaced with same brand/type of product.

  • Non-Defective Products:

    • If you ordered/received the wrong thing or have decided you don’t want a product you ordered, no problem! Let us know within 24 hours of purchase and we will gladly review and exchange/refund it same day at no cost.
    • Product must be in new condition, no broken seals for return/exchange. **

  • Free, Promotional and Giveaway Products:

    • We are unable to exchange or refund any free, promotional or giveaway products, whether defective or non-defective.

  • Vaporizers and Cartridges:

    • We ask that you try troubleshooting the vape product before requesting an exchange.
      • Make sure the battery is charged
        and of at least 3.5 volts power (Batteries are available for purchase)
      • Check the cartridge for leaks
      • Make sure the battery is turned on
